We want you to LOVE the art you choose for your wall, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Hang your new print and enjoy it in your space. If after 30 days you don’t absolutely love it, you can easily exchange it for another print.

Want a bigger size? No problem – simply pay the difference! To qualify for an exchange, please ensure your original order is returned in the same condition as it was sent.

📦 Returns

We take great care in packing & shipping your prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged 💔, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

To report a damaged order, please submit a request via our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly upload clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

Returning a print? Please use the original packaging to ensure it reaches us safely.


⚖ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your purchase has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the issue is minor, we will repair or replace the product.

If your print is found to have a defect or issue covered under ACL, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim.
